How do I get more information?

Contact Us and one of our sales representatives will schedule an appointment to provide more information on how NBS can effectively work with your practice.

How do I receive payments?

All incoming payments will be applied to their corresponding claims in our computer systems and redirected to you. You will later receive a periodic Invoice for the services that NBS has provided.

How does NBS  keep me informed on my claims? 

NBS provides periodic Account Status reports. The reports can be provided as often as necessary upon mutual agreement. Reports can be on paper or in a digital format (preferred format) as agreed upon between NBS and the client

Can I get real time information regarding my claims?

You can obtain real-time reports via a secure web interface using your Internet Browser.

Who has ownership of patients information?

All charge and payment information delivered to or compiled by NBS remains confidential and not released by NBS to any other person, firm or corporation without the client's written consent except for billing information requested by insurers and patients or as required by law.  All source documents provided by the client remain the property of the client.
